Chair makeovers!

After buying a chair off Trademe about 6 months ago for the whopping price of $7.50 (yes that's right, you didnt read it wrong) and have finally got around to getting it recovered.

On my last trip to Aus I dragged my lovely husband to Ikea to buy some fabric for my chair! It really sucks that we dont have Ikea in NZ, as their fabrics are great and are very affordable! I chose a lovely coloured half spot fabric, which was a little daring, but I am so happy with the result!




It now sits pride of place under my Zoe Ingram prints and next to my Homestyle, Your Home And Garden and House and Garden collections!

Also... I bought another cute little wooden chair to go with our hall table. I thought I would use the inspiration I keep seeing around in magazines and online of a pop of bright colour and paint it bright yellow! I am super super excited with how it has turned out!
