Robbed

Well once again i hauled myself out of bed and into my sleeping bag in the bottom room of our house to cheer on the awesome Socceroo's! Harry Kewel's absence was noticeable straight from the kick off. The team looked a little sluggish and even with Italy having one less player we just couldn't break through their strong defense!!

unfortunately Lucas Neill, who i think is one of the best players on the Aussie team incurred a penalty half a minute out form full time, giving Italy a penalty kick right infront of goal! Again the refereeing didn't go our way, but that's sport for you, you win some and you loose some! All i can say is that Australia can win medals in many different sports, and for such a small country that's a awesome achievement!
