I finished 5th in the race, which the same result i had on Friday, which is not that bad! I had a great first run standing in 4th and then screwed my second run with a huge recirc and a very low up which meant that i lost about 30 seconds. So i blew my selection. I finished 6th overall out of all the girls, so im pretty impressed by that as its my highest ranking and in a selection race its pretty good. But i missed out on the 22's team as i didnt make percentage twice, i only made it once!
The after selection party was a movie theme, which you dressed up with your house. So me, Duncan, Jacqui and Sam went as the kids from Narnia! The best costume award had to go to the boys house of Matt, Sam, Robbie and Will who came i think as some team from dodgeball. There costumes were a little tight but entertaining none the less. But the good news is im still going to Europe! Which im really excited about, i think its going to be a great learning curve for me and a totally wicked experience!! I cant wait to go its going to be mint!
Apart from that i've had a week off uni, which i havent done much except moved house, into our lovely new home!! Its just down the road from Lachies house and its great! We are all very excited! Apart from the fact we had to lift all these heavy things and clean the other house its been a blast!!
